All sales are final. Due to the perishable nature of our coffee, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hoot@nightowlcoffeecompany.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will make it right.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.
